Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping Information: Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If all items are available, the order will ship within 48 business hours. Orders containing backordered items will not ship until all items are available or the customer requests for available items to ship ahead. Customers will be responsible for all shipping costs. 

 

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery is not guaranteed. 
  • Expedited Orders: All expedited orders must be placed before noon CST in order to ship that same day. Because Saturday delivery is not guaranteed and Sunday delivery is not available, if an overnight order is placed before noon CST on Friday, it will NOT be delivered until Monday.  
  • EasyShoe Bond Glue: Due to Hazmat restrictions, EasyShoe Bond Glue can only be shipped with ground services, NO air or expedited services. Hazmat items cannot be delivered to a PO Box. Shipping for EasyShoe Bond Glue NOT available to Alaska or Hawaii.

 

International Shipping Information: EasyCare does offer international shipping. All international orders placed online will be put on hold until an EasyCare representative can review the order. International orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box.
