Donation and Sponsorship Requests

Thank you for your interest in EasyCare! We are committed to supporting the groups, organizations, and dealers who support us. As such, we try to give back in a variety of ways.

If you have a special event involving horses and would like to request a donation or sponsorship from EasyCare, please fill out the following form.

Please complete all fields of the form below then press the "Submit" button.

Due to an overwhelming number of donation requests, we ask you to follow these guidelines:

1. We do not review telephone, fax or US Mail submissions. Only requests submitted via this form will be reviewed. Unsolicited letters and other printed information will be recycled upon receipt.
2. We are usually pre-committed 3-6 months in advance.
3. If we are able to honor your request, we will contact you via the email address below and arrange for completion of your forms and our delivery of any items donated.
4. Allow 3-4 weeks for EasyCare to review your request.
5. Please do not call or re-email to follow-up unless you have not received confirmation that we have received your request within 3-4 weeks of submitting it.
